How to make good use of Carbonless Paper?

Release time: 2025-02-12

Since there is a temperature-sensitive chemical on the paper surface of the carbon paper, the Carbonless Paper will be discolored after receiving the high temperature, and it will turn black. When the tip of the pen passes, it will instantly generate high temperature due to friction, so it will turn black wherever the notes go. If you try to use a lighter to bake directly, you will find a discoloration moment on the Carbonless Paper.

The front side of the Carbonless Paper is coated with an acid developer, and the back side is coated with a colorless hidden dye, so when the carbon paper overlaps, it will cause microcapsules to rupture due to mechanical pressure, and the colorless hidden dye overflows. It will react with acid and develop color to form an image.
